This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Siyaraman Innovation.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days or (the time period settled for B2B deal) after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs charges or import taxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Claims may require supporting documentation and photos.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution accordingly.
