At SIYARAMAN, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality leather and textile garments, fashion wear, workwear, and leather accessories. We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Please read our policy carefully.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or style preferences.
  • By purchasing from our store, you agree to our terms outlined in this policy.
  • This policy applies to retail, wholesale, and B2B purchases, both locally and internationally.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We accept requests for refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  2. The request is made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  3. The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Note: For wholesale and B2B orders, please inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Final sale items marked as “Non-Returnable.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear.

4. Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for an exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@siyaraman.com or contact form with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost for defective items.
  4. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Approved damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
  • For wholesale or international customers, any customs or import duties are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
  • Returns must be shipped securely to prevent further damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

7. International Orders

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees.
  • Returns from international shipments must comply with local customs regulations.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
  3. Our team will assess the claim and offer an exchange or refund.
